An early arrival, two travellers and a clear meeting point at the terminal.
The brief
Terminal pickup notes and luggage check shaped this illustrative itinerary. The passengers wanted a simple plan with clear expectations rather than a series of separate arrangements.
How the day was organised
We outlined the route, counted bags and agreed where the group would meet. Time was left for ordinary delays and the pickup notes were written in plain language. Each stop had a purpose and a realistic window.
What to take from this example
This is a fictional planning story, not a completed customer trip. Use the approach to describe your own needs: group size, luggage, timing and any requirements that should be discussed before an operator confirms a journey.
