The most comfortable vehicle is the one that fits your people and your plans.
Count the bags as well
Seat capacity and luggage capacity are different. A group of four with large cases can need more space than a group of six travelling light. Describe bags, pushchairs and unusual equipment before choosing.
Talk about access early
If someone needs more time to board or has equipment to carry, explain this before a vehicle is assigned. The operating team should discuss suitable options without making assumptions.
Think about the whole route
A short city crossing and a day of multiple stops place different demands on a vehicle. Compare comfort, space and how often the group will get in and out.

Counting the bags separately from the passengers is a useful reminder. A people carrier could make more sense for a smaller group with several large cases.
